Requiem Aeternam
Join Hartford Chorale for a performance of two uplifting Requiem works. The program will include Maurice Duruflé’s sublime 'Requiem' honoring the 40th anniversary of the composer’s death, and 'A New England Requiem' by Connecticut-born composer Scott Perkins, using text from celebrated New England poets (including Hartford’s Lydia Sigourney). This concert is dedicated to the fond memory of our dear colleague, Jonathan Stone. If you'd like us to honor or remember a loved one in the concert program, we would welcome your $10 donation before April 10th.
Parking is available on Woodland Street or behind the Medical Building at 19 Woodland Street, just a short walk from the church.
Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door should you like to bring a few friends along!
