SpringSing27 with Hartford Chorale!
Step out of the audience and into the choir! SpringSing27 invites experienced choral singers to join Hartford Chorale for an evening of rehearsing and singing beloved masterworks. Discover the artistry, camaraderie, and welcoming spirit that define Hartford Chorale—and why so many singers choose to make it their musical home. Choose the masterpiece that speaks to you—or sing them all! (1) On May 3rd, we'll sing Vivaldi's 'Gloria' (2) On May 10th, we'll sing Faure's 'Requiem' (3) On May 17th, we'll sing Bach's 'Magnificat' While there will be an opportunity to rehearse certain sections, the main purpose of these “sings” is to joyfully sing through a beloved major work, together, in one evening! Each "sing" is ticketed at $20 per person; however, if you'd like to participate in all 3 "sings," the total cost is $50 per person.
We begin at 7pm and will finish at 9:30pm, with a break (with refreshments) in between.
Parking is available onsite at the church, and in the lot on nearby Walden Street.
